Grilled chicken breast with seaweed

 


Ingredients:


3 chicken tenderloins


[A] 1 tablespoon sake


[A] 1 tablespoon mayonnaise


[A] 2 teaspoons green laver powder


[A] 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder


[A] 1/4 teaspoon salt


Potato starch, to taste


2 tablespoons salad oil


Directions:


1. Cut the chicken tenderloins in half, starting from the tendon, and remove the tendons.


2. Place 1 and [A] in a plastic bag and mix well.


3. Coat 2 with potato starch, arrange in a frying pan with salad oil, and cook over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Done!
