[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 1/8 head of Chinese cabbage
- 3 slices of bacon
- A pinch of dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
<Soup>
- 100ml water
- 200ml milk
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated chicken stock
[Preparation]
- Roughly chop the Chinese cabbage.
- Shred the bacon.
[Directions]
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon. Add the Chinese cabbage and the <Soup> ingredients.
2. Simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Serve in a serving dish and sprinkle with dried parsley.
