Ingredients (Serves 2)


Beef steak...1 slice


Potatoes...2


A


|Salt, pepper...a pinch each


Flour...1 teaspoon


B


|Worcestershire sauce...1 1/2 tablespoons


|Soy sauce, sugar...1 1/2 tablespoons each


|Grated cheese...1 teaspoon


|Grated garlic...a pinch


Olive oil...1 tablespoon


Directions


1. Slice the beef into 7-8mm thick slices, then cut into 7-8mm strips. Sprinkle with A and coat with flour. Cut the potatoes into 7-8mm strips, soak in water, and drain.


2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the potatoes, and fry until translucent. Add the beef and fry until the meat changes color.


3. Add B and continue frying. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with a suitable amount of powdered cheese (not included in the recipe).
