Mushroom cream stew

 


Ingredients:


1 chicken thigh (cut into bite-sized pieces)


4 mushrooms (thinly sliced)


80g maitake mushrooms (divided into small florets)


1 potato (chopped)


1/2 carrot (chopped)


1/2 onion (chopped)


1 tablespoon oil


1 teaspoon grated garlic


20g butter


2 tablespoons plain flour


250ml water


[A] 3/4 teaspoon salt


[A] 1/2 teaspoon oregano


[A] 200ml soy milk


[A] 80g broccoli (cut into small florets)


Directions:


1. Add salad oil to a frying pan and fry the chicken thighs, mushrooms, and maitake mushrooms over medium heat until browned.


2. Add ①, potatoes, carrots, onions, garlic, butter, and flour and sauté until the flour is gone.


3. Add water little by little while stirring, cover and simmer over low heat for 8 minutes.


4. Add [A] and cook over medium heat until thickened. Finish!
