Daikon mochi with sakura shrimp and green onions

 


Ingredients:


1/4 Daikon radish


10g Sakura shrimp


10g Green onion (finely chopped)


[A] 1 tablespoon potato starch


[A] 1 tablespoon cake flour


[A] 1 teaspoon Japanese dashi stock


[A] 1 teaspoon soy sauce


1 tablespoon sesame oil


Directions:


1. Peel the daikon radish, grate it, and lightly drain. Place the daikon radish, sakura shrimp, green onion, and [A] in a bowl and mix well.


2. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add [A], and shape.


3. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Finish!
