Ingredients:
[A] 30g Sugar
[A] 20g Butter (room temperature)
[A] 15g Cinnamon Powder
1 sheet Frozen Pastry Dough (room temperature)
1 egg yolk
20g Powdered Sugar
½ teaspoon Water
Directions:
① Mix [A] until a paste forms.
② Roll out the frozen pastry dough thinly using a rolling pin or similar tool, and spread ① all over. Roll it tightly and cut into 1-2cm wide strips. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, and brush the top with egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
③ Mix the powdered sugar and water well, pour over ②, and you're done!
