Kentucky Fried Rice

 


1. Wash the rice and put it in the rice cooker. This time I made it using 2 cups of polished rice.

2. Add 1 teaspoon each of chicken stock, consomme, and white dashi stock, and 2 teaspoons of cooking sake to the rice cooker.

3. Add water to the usual amount and mix well.

4. Sprinkle with 1 sliced ​​garlic clove, place 2 pieces of KFC Original Chicken in the center, and cook. This time I used pre-made chopped garlic.

5. Once cooked, sprinkle with black pepper to taste.

6. Remove the chicken bones while stirring. Mix everything together and it's done!
