"Drop-grilled chicken breast

 



1. Place chicken breast meat cut into approximately 1.5cm cubes and roughly chopped onion in a bowl, add seasonings such as soy sauce, plain flour, and potato starch, and mix well. 

2. Add a generous amount of oil to a frying pan and spoonfully drop 1 into the pan. Fry until golden brown on both sides and it's done
