Ingredients (Serves 2)
150g Pumpkin
1/4 Onion
Chicken Soup
200ml Water
4g Chicken Bouillon Granules
150ml Milk
A pinch of Salt
Parsley (chopped) to taste
Preparation:
Peel and thinly slice the pumpkin, removing the seeds and pulp. Thinly slice the onion.
[Directions]
1. Arrange the pumpkin and onion in a heat-resistant container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave for 3-4 minutes until soft.
2. Place (1) and the chicken soup in a blender and blend until smooth, then transfer to a saucepan. Add the milk and heat, then season with salt. Pour into serving bowls and sprinkle with parsley.
