Deep fried yam with green laver and soy sauce

 


Ingredients:


200g Nagaimo (Japanese yam)


[A] 1 tablespoon soy sauce


[A] 1/2 tablespoon green laver


[A] 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic


2 tablespoons potato starch


5 tablespoons salad oil


Directions:


1. Peel the nagaimo and cut it into sticks.


2. Place 1 and [A] in a plastic bag, mix well, and let sit for 10 minutes. Add the potato starch and shake the bag to coat evenly.


3. Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Arrange 2. Fry until golden brown
