Ingredients
(A) 3 tablespoons sugar
(A) 150g unsweetened yogurt (approx. 10 tablespoons)
(A) 2 tablespoons salad oil
1 egg
150g pancake mix
Directions
1) Combine (A) in a bowl and mix well.
2) Add the pancake mix and mix further.
*Once the flour is no longer visible, do not overmix.
3) Line a heat-resistant container with parchment paper, pour in the batter, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
