Salmon and mushrooms baked in foil with garlic butter

 


Ingredients:


2 raw salmon fillets


1/4 onion


1/2 shimeji mushroom stalk


1/3 enoki mushroom stalk


1/3 maitake mushroom stalk


1 tablespoon sake (A)


1 teaspoon grated garlic (A)


10g butter


Directions:




1. Sprinkle salt (not included in the recipe, to taste) on the raw salmon fillet and let it sit for about 10 minutes.


2. Thinly slice the onion. Remove the stems from the shimeji, enoki, and maitake mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces.


3. Spread out aluminum foil, place the onion and one raw salmon fillet in the center, and pour over the combined ingredients (A). Top with half the mushrooms and butter, then wrap in aluminum foil. Repeat to make one more.


4. Place 3 in a toaster oven and bake for 15-20 minutes. Finish!


You can also sprinkle with green onions or lemon.


You can also add soy sauce or ponzu sauce to your liking for a delicious addition!
