[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 1 ear of corn
- 1/4 onion
- 350-400ml water
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 4 tablespoons soy milk
- A pinch of salt and pepper
- Dried parsley, to taste
[Preparation]
- Husk and rinse the corn, then remove the kernels with a knife.
Finely chop the onion.
[Recipe]
1. Place the corn, onion, water, and white wine in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, skim off the scum, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
2. Add the soy milk and once heated through, season with salt and pepper. Pour into serving bowls and sprinkle with dried parsley.
