There is a proverb in Bengali, "Jhi Mere Bau Shasan"

There is a proverb in Bengali, "Jhi Mere Bau Shasan". Although it is a simple rural proverb, it contains the source of the anarchy and chaos of the entire country today. The proverb "Jhi Mere Bau Shasan" is for mothers-in-law. The son's mother or mother-in-law is the head of a family. In any family, discipline comes from the ideal image of the head of the family and everyone's trust and respect for her. If the head of the family does not have an ideal image, everyone in the family will not accept him. If he is not accepted, there will be no discipline in the family. Even if there is an ideal image, no mother-in-law can remain competent forever. When she gets old, the wife of the house has to take the reins of the family and lead the family. If everyone in the family wants to accept her, she must also have an ideal image. When a new wife comes to a new house and a new family, she will make mistakes. Her image cannot be ruined for that mistake. So if she makes a mistake, the ji of the house, meaning her own daughter or housekeeper, must be disciplined and taught so that the ideal image of the wife of the house is maintained.

When we worked on the psychology of discipline in schools, we saw that if a child does something good, he has to be praised in front of everyone. But if they do something bad, they have to be disciplined separately from everyone else. This is the rule in management and office management and team management as well. But in today's Bangladesh, we see that destroying the image of political leaders or heads of state by lying is the job and addiction of most people, including the media. They are all mentally deranged. The name of this derangement is anarchism, those who cannot tolerate order or discipline mentally. So they destroy the future of their families by killing their wives and the future of the country by falsely slandering politicians.
