Ingredients
- 4 boiled okra stalks
- 4 thinly sliced beef slices
- 1/2 tablespoon potato starch
- 1 teaspoon salad oil
- Yakiniku sauce (enough to drizzle)
- A few white sesame seeds
Directions
1. Cut off the stems from the boiled okra.
2. Spread the beef on a cutting board, place 1 on the front, and roll it toward the back (we'll make four).
3. Put potato starch into a tea strainer and sprinkle it over 2.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan, place 3 seam-side down, and cook until cooked through.
5. Once browned, drizzle the yakiniku sauce over the okra, reduce the sauce to prevent burning, and turn off the heat.
6. Place in a lunch box or serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
