Persimmon and radish salad

 


[Ingredients] (Serves 2)


1/2 persimmon


5cm daikon radish


Salt to taste


Coarse-ground black pepper to taste


1 teaspoon maple syrup


Juice of 1/2 lemon


[Preparation]


1. Peel the persimmon and daikon radish and thinly slice them to the same size.


[Directions]


1. Combine the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix. Toss with the persimmon and daikon radish and serve on a plate.
