Ingredients
・ Beef trimmings: 200g
・ Mirin: 1 tablespoon

Preparation
・ Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and rub in the mirin.
・ Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a spoon, rub with salt, let sit for about 10 minutes, then squeeze out the water.

Directions
