Ingredients
・Momen Tofu... 1 block (approx. 300g)
・Okra... 6 pieces
・Yellow Bell Pepper... 1/2 piece

└White Sesame Seeds, Vinegar... 1 teaspoon each
└Soy Sauce... 2 teaspoons
Salt, Pepper, Flour, Vegetable Oil
[Recipe]
1. Cut the okra into 5mm pieces, place in a heat-resistant bowl, and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 1 minute. Let cool, then add A and mix.
2. Cut the bell pepper into bite-sized pieces. Cut the tofu in half and pat dry. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper, and lightly coat with flour.
3. Heat 1/2 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the tofu and peppers and cook for about 2 minutes. Once browned, flip them over and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
4. Place in a serving dish and pour 1 over the tofu.
