[Ingredients for 2 servings]
- 1 white leek
- 4 slices of chashu (roasted pork fillets)
- 1 tablespoon pickled mustard greens
- A pinch of coarsely ground black pepper
<Seasonings>
- 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
- A pinch of soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon white sesame seeds
[Directions]
1. Thinly slice the white leek diagonally, quickly soak in water, and drain. Thinly slice the chashu (roasted pork fillets) and roughly chop the pickled mustard greens.
2. Add (1) to the bowl containing the mixed condiments and toss to combine. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
