For centuries, it has been not only a common drink, but also the key to maintaining youth.
The magic of green tea after meat
From Central Asia, Afghanistan to Kashmir—everywhere, from breakfast to dinner—there will be meat every day. Yet most of them have a well-toned body, are lively and active. The secret lies in kava. After finishing a plate full of meat, a cup of kava reduces the weight of the stomach, helps break down fat, and keeps the body alert.
The strange duo of jaggery and kava
Not only kava, it is accompanied by small pieces of jaggery. Jaggery, which is rich in natural iron, magnesium, and antioxidants, facilitates the digestion of food, prevents acidity, and keeps the body light. The herbal aroma of kava and the sweet taste of jaggery create a unique combination, which is delicious on one hand, and healthy on the other.
Health benefits: The secret to staying young
Doctors say that the catechins in green tea quickly convert fat into energy. Cinnamon and cardamom increase blood circulation, so you don't feel tired after a meal. The skin also gets a natural glow. So maybe people in those regions stay young and active even without going to the gym regularly—all because of this kava.
