Ingredients:
1 slice of bread (6 slices)
30g mixed nuts
[A] 3 tablespoons sugar
[A] 1 teaspoon water
[A] Pinch of salt
10g butter
Directions:
1. Dice the bread.
2. Add [A] to a frying pan and melt over low heat. Once thickened, add [A] and the mixed nuts and mix.
3. Once the sugar has crystallized and become crispy, add the butter and mix until combined. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, let it cool at room temperature, and it's ready!
