Cocoa roll pie made with spring roll wrappers

 


Ingredients:


4 spring roll wrappers


40g melted butter


4 tablespoons adjusted cocoa powder


Directions:


1. Spread 1/4 of the melted butter on one spring roll wrapper and sprinkle 1/4 of the adjusted cocoa powder on top. Repeat three more times to create four layers.


2. Roll up 1 from the front and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then cut into bite-sized pieces.


3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange 2 on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 12-15 minutes. Finish!


*Use a baking sheet that can withstand 200°C for 15 minutes.
