Chicken fillet with green onion and salt

 


Ingredients:

3 chicken fillets

Salt and pepper

Potato starch (as needed)

10cm long green onion (chopped)

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon sake

Salt and pepper

1 teaspoon grated garlic

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon chicken stock powder

<Directions>

1. Remove the tendons from the chicken fillets and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and potato starch.

2. Add oil to a frying pan and fry 1.

3. Add the ingredients listed with ☆ and stir-fry briefly until done.
