Ingredients
1 avocado
4 slices of melted cheese
1/8 lemon
A pinch of black pepper
Preparation
Peel the avocado, remove the seed, and slice it.
Directions
1. Spread the cheese slices in a frying pan heated over medium heat and arrange the avocado slices on top.
2. Once crisp, place another slice of cheese on top and flip.
3. Once crisp, squeeze lemon over the entire surface and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place on a plate, sprinkle with black pepper, and serve.
