Frying pan sweet potato

Ingredients

・Sweet potato: 1 (approx. 200g-250g)

・Sugar: 2-3 tablespoons

・Butter: 20g

・Milk: 1-2 tablespoons

・Black sesame seeds: as needed

Directions

First, quickly wash the sweet potato (approx. 200g-250g), then, while it's still moist, wrap it in plastic wrap and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.

After heating, poke the center with a toothpick and if it goes in easily, it's ready! If it's too hard, heat it for a little longer.

Once heated, cover the sweet potato with a dish towel and gently press it with your hands (be careful not to burn yourself), leaving the plastic wrap on. This apparently creates a slit in the skin, making it easier to peel.

Once peeled, place the sweet potato while it's still warm in a Ziploc bag or similar, add 20g butter and 2-3 tablespoons sugar, and knead the bag with your hands. Once it's smooth, add milk (1-2 tablespoons) little by little and knead again to mix everything together.

Shape into your desired shape, place on a baking tray, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and sugar (to taste), then melt butter (a moderate amount, a lot is recommended) in a frying pan over medium heat, place the sesame side down and cook.

Once one side is golden brown, flip and cook the other side. Adding more butter at this point is said to enhance the aroma. Once both sides are cooked, serve on a plate and it's done!
