Avocado and Shimeji Mushroom Stir-fried with Bacon

 

Ingredients

- 1 avocado


- 1 teaspoon lemon juice


- Half a bunch of shimeji mushrooms


- 2 slices of bacon


- Salt and pepper to taste


How to cook


Peel the avocado by cutting it lengthwise.


Remove the seed and cut into bite-sized pieces.


Sprinkle with lemon juice.


Heat a frying pan and sauté the bacon and shiitake mushrooms.


Add the avocado and season with salt and pepper.

Serve in a bowl.
