Taco Rice

 


Instructions (Easy-to-make quantity)

* Ground meat…150g


* Onion (minced)…1/4


* Carrot (minced)…15g


* Garlic (minced)…1/2 clove


* Leafy greens such as lettuce…as needed


* Cherry tomatoes (cut in half)…as needed


* Pizza cheese…as needed


* Rice…as needed


* A Ketchup…2 tablespoons


* A Worcestershire sauce…1 tablespoon


* A Sake…1 tablespoon


* A Soy sauce…1 teaspoon


* A Brown sugar…1 teaspoon


* Rice oil…1/2 tablespoon


* Paprika powder…1 teaspoon


* Salt…a pinch


* Black pepper…as needed


How to Make

1. Heat rice oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion and garlic.

2. Once the vegetables have softened, add the carrots and stir-fry. Add the ground meat, sprinkle with a little salt, and stir-fry while breaking it apart.

3. Once the ground meat is broken apart, add the paprika powder and stir-fry briefly (optional).

4. Add the combined seasonings from A, and turn off the heat when the liquid has evaporated.

5. Serve the rice in a bowl, top with lettuce or other leafy greens, (4), pizza cheese, and cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
