Ingredients (for 2 servings):
Spinach 1/2 bag
Chicken breast 1 piece (200-250g)
Salt a pinch
Pepper to taste
[A] Pizza cheese 30g
[A] Egg 1
[A] Breadcrumbs 2 tablespoons
[A] Potato starch 1 tablespoon
[A] Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons
[A] Chicken stock powder 1 teaspoon
Salad oil 5 tablespoons
Instructions:
① Wash the spinach well, wrap it in plastic wrap, and place it on a heatproof dish. Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, then rinse with water. Squeeze out the excess water, remove the roots, and cut into 1cm lengths.
② In a bowl, combine ①, the chicken breast (roughly minced and seasoned with salt and pepper), and [A]. Mix well and roll into bite-sized balls.
③ Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Place the ingredients from step ② in the pan and cook. Cook until golden brown on all sides and cooked through. Done!
