Ingredients
* Banana…100g (net weight)
* Pancake mix…90g
* Kinako (roasted soybean flour)…10g
* A Egg…1
* A Sugar…1-2 tablespoons
* A Vegetable oil…3 tablespoons (rice oil can be used)
* A Soy milk…3 tablespoons (milk can be used)
* Powdered sugar…to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Put the banana in a bowl and mash it.
2. Add A to 1 and mix well. Add the pancake mix and kinako and mix until there are no lumps of flour.
3. Pour 2 into a mold, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the microwave, turn upside down, and let it cool completely.
4. Remove 3 from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
* Remove from the mold only after it has completely cooled. If the batter is still hot, it may stick to the mold and be difficult to remove.
No whipping required! It's super easy; just mix and microwave.
