Clam soup

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings)

1 pack of clams (sand removed)

Combined broth


2 tablespoons sake


400ml dashi stock


1 teaspoon light soy sauce


Salt to taste

2 tablespoons chopped green onions


[Preparation]

Wash the clams in plenty of water, rubbing the shells together, then drain in a colander.


[Instructions]

1. Place the clams and the ingredients for the combined broth in a pot and heat over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and remove the scum.

2. Season with salt, transfer to a serving dish, and sprinkle with green onions.
