Carrot salad

 


[Ingredients for 2 servings]


* Carrot: 1


* Canned tuna: 1/2 can


* Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons


* Whole grain mustard: 1 teaspoon


* Salt and pepper: a pinch


* Dried parsley: appropriate amount


[Instructions]


1. Peel the carrot, cut it into thin strips, place it in a heatproof dish, cover lightly with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave for 5 minutes. Drain the tuna.


2. Once the carrot has cooled slightly, mix in all ingredients except the dried parsley. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with dried parsley.
