Ingredients
* Rice…2 cups
* Frozen dumplings…12
* A Eggs…2
* A Mayonnaise…1 tablespoon
* B Chinese soup stock powder & soy sauce…1 tablespoon each
* B Pepper…to taste
* Sesame oil…1/2 tablespoon
* Chopped green onions…to taste
Instructions
1. Rinse the rice and put it in the rice cooker. Add B, pour in water slightly below the 2-cup mark, and mix well.
* I found that adding water up to the 1.5-cup mark was just right.
2. Arrange the frozen dumplings on top of the rice and cook.
3. Once the rice is cooked, add the well-mixed A, cover, and let it steam for about 5 minutes.
4. If the eggs are cooked to a semi-cooked state, drizzle in the sesame oil and mix everything together gently. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
If you're short on time or struggling to decide what to eat, please give this a try! It's really delicious♪
