[Ingredients] (Serves 2)
・Bean sprouts ... 1 bag (approx. 200g)
・Chikuwa (fish cake tubes) ... 2 pieces
・Soy sauce
・Sugar
・Vinegar
[Instructions]
1. Place the bean sprouts in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave (600W) for about 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Drain in a colander. Slice the chikuwa into 3mm-thick rounds.
2. In a bowl, combine 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce with 1 teaspoon each of sugar and vinegar; mix well, then add the ingredients from Step 1 and toss to coat.
