Shrimp and broccoli stir-fry in a peperoncino style

 



Ingredients (for 2 servings)


8 shrimp (120-130g)

1/2 head broccoli (approx. 150g net weight)

1 clove garlic

1 teaspoon sliced ​​chili pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste

Black pepper to taste


Instructions


① Peel the shrimp and remove the veins.

② Separate the broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic.

*If using the broccoli stem, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

Place the broccoli in a heatproof container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 1 and a half minutes.

*It's done when it's about 80-90% cooked.

④ Heat the olive oil, garlic, and sliced ​​chili pepper in a frying pan over low heat.

⑤ Once fragrant, add the shrimp and sauté over medium heat.

⑥ Once the shrimp change color, add the broccoli and stir-fry for about 1 minute, then season with salt and black pepper.


*It's recommended to avoid moving the broccoli around too much, allowing the surface to brown.
