Tofu Salad

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings)


Silken tofu 2/3 block

Lettuce 1/4 head

Tomato 1

Mozzarella cheese 50g

<Sesame Dressing>


White sesame paste 2 tbsp


Sugar 1 tbsp


Soy sauce 1 tbsp


Vinegar 1 tbsp


Salt to taste

Sesame oil a little


Water 1/2 to 1 tsp


[Preparation]


Cut the silken tofu into bite-sized pieces. Soak the lettuce in water until crisp, then drain and tear into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stem from the tomato and cut into 8 wedges.

Cut the mozzarella cheese into bite-sized pieces about 5mm thick. Mix together the ingredients for the <Sesame Dressing>.


Instructions:


1. Arrange silken tofu, lettuce, tomato, and mozzarella cheese on a plate and pour the sesame dressing over it.
