Just sesame oil and salt! Addictive avocado sashimi.

 


[Ingredients] (Serves 2)


Avocado: 1


Rock salt (in a grinder): To taste


Sesame oil: 1 tablespoon


[Preparation]


1. Cut the avocado lengthwise, slicing deep enough to reach the pit. Twist the two halves apart with your hands and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a spoon and slice it into 5mm-wide strips.




[Instructions]


1. Arrange the avocado in a serving dish, sprinkle with the rock salt, and drizzle with the sesame oil.
