Deep-fried bell peppers with garlic soy sauce

 


Ingredients (for 2 servings):


3 bell peppers

2 teaspoons soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon grated garlic

1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons potato starch

Frying oil (as needed)


Instructions:

① Remove the stems and seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into large chunks. Place them in a plastic bag, add [A], and massage to coat. Let sit for about 5 minutes.

② Drain off excess liquid and coat with potato starch.
