Just fry the rice and fold it! Easy rice burger made in an egg pan.

 



Ingredients (for 1 serving):

[A] Kinpira (braised burdock root and carrot) 30g

[A] Thinly sliced ​​meat 30g

[A] Yakiniku sauce 2 tsp

Rice 200g

White sesame seeds 2 tsp

Sesame oil 1 tbsp

Sunny lettuce 2 leaves


Instructions:

 ① Mix [A] in a deep, heatproof bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes.



② Mix the rice and white sesame seeds in a separate heatproof bowl.



③ Heat the sesame oil in an omelet pan and spread the mixture from ② evenly. Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.



④ Place the sunny lettuce on the bottom half, top with ①, and then add another layer of sunny lettuce.



⑤ Fold the rice in half from the far side, and it's done!
