Curry-flavored tuna mayo sandwich

 


Ingredients (serves 1):

1 slice of bread (standard thick-cut/6-slice loaf)


1 beaten egg


[A] Canned tuna in water (drained): 1 can (70g)


[A] Mayonnaise: 1 tbsp


[A] Curry powder: 1/4 tsp


Pizza cheese (shredded cheese): 20g


Butter: 5g




Instructions:


① Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and pour in the beaten egg. Cut the bread in half and place the pieces on the egg, leaving a small gap between them.


② Once the bottom of the egg has set, flip it over. Top with the combined [A] ingredients and the pizza cheese.


③ Fold the bread in half at the gap, toast both sides, and it's ready!


Sprinkle with dried parsley if desired.
