Ingredients
・Chicken mid-wings (teba-chu): 10 pieces
・Salt: 1/2 tsp
・Black pepper (for seasoning): To taste
・Potato starch: To taste
・Frying oil: To taste
・A Butter: 15g
・A Grated garlic: 1/2 tsp
・Aonori (dried green seaweed flakes): To taste
・Black pepper (for finishing): To taste
・Lemon: To taste
Instructions
1. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the chicken wings and rub it in. Coat them thoroughly with potato starch.
2. Deep-fry until crispy.
3. Place the butter and grated garlic in a bowl, add the piping-hot fried chicken wings, and toss well to coat.
4. Once the butter has coated everything evenly, sprinkle on the aonori and mix well. Finish by sprinkling with black pepper.
※Squeeze some lemon over them when eating to enjoy a change in flavor!
