Chicken rice

 


Ingredients (for 1 serving)

Chicken thigh...100g

Onion...1/4

Green bell pepper...1

Salt...1/3 teaspoon

White wine...1 tablespoon

Tomato ketchup...3 tablespoons

Butter...10g

Coarsely ground black pepper...a pinch

Olive oil...1 teaspoon

Rice...200g


Instructions

1. Cut the chicken into 1.5cm cubes and sprinkle with salt. Cut the onion and green bell pepper into 1.5cm cubes.

2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add the chicken. Once browned, add the onion and green bell pepper and sauté briefly. Add the white wine and ketchup and simmer, stirring occasionally.

3. Once the liquid has reduced, add the butter and stir briefly. Add the rice and stir-fry everything together. Finish with pepper.
