Milk jelly with lots of fruit (Recipes to prevent fatigue during the rainy season)

[Ingredients for 3-4 servings]

* Kiwi: 1

* Strawberries: 6-7

* Mandarin orange: 1

* Honey: 2-3 tablespoons

<Milk Agar Jelly>

* Agar powder: 4g

* Water: 200ml

* Sugar: 3 tablespoons

* Milk: 250ml

* Vanilla extract: a few drops

[Instructions]

1. Peel the kiwi and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Remove the stems from 3 strawberries, wash them, and cut them to match the size of the kiwi. Peel the mandarin orange and remove the flesh.

2. Make the <Milk Agar Jelly>. Put water in a pot, sprinkle in the agar powder and mix, then bring to a boil over high heat. Once it boils, reduce the heat to prevent it from boiling over and simmer for 1 minute. Add the sugar and dissolve it, then remove from the heat and add the vanilla extract.

3. Add the milk and mix well, then place the bottom of the pot in ice water. Stir until it thickens, then mix in the fruit, pour into a mold moistened with water, and chill in the refrigerator until firm.

4. Once firm, cut into bite-sized pieces, arrange on a plate, drizzle with honey, and garnish with strawberries cut into bite-sized pieces.
