Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of rice
- 300g bone-in beef belly
- 1/4 bunch chopped green onions
<Seasonings>
- 2 tablespoons of sake
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of grated garlic
- 2 tablespoons of gochujang
[Preparation]
- Rinse the rice 30 minutes before cooking and drain in a colander.
Recipe
1. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the bone-in beef belly.
Adding too much bone-in beef belly may result in the rice being tough.
2. Place the rice, seasoning ingredients, and 180ml of water (unspecified) in a rice cooker, add the bone-in beef belly, and turn on the cooker.
If you don't like spicy food, you can also omit the gochujang and increase the soy sauce for a delicious dish. The spiciness of gochujang varies depending on the brand, so please adjust the amount accordingly.
3. Once cooked, steam for 10 minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve in serving bowls.
