[Ingredients for 2 servings]
・Beef (thinly sliced) 3-4 slices
・Onion 1/2
・Green onions 3 stalks
・Enoki mushrooms 1 small bag
・Grilled tofu 1/2 block
・Shichimi chili pepper (to taste)
・Eggs 2
<Seasonings>
・Sake 3 tablespoons
・Mirin 1 tablespoon
・Sugar 3-4 tablespoons
・Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
[Instructions]
1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces. Slice the onion thinly crosswise. Cut the green onions diagonally. Cut off the base of the enoki mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces. Cut the grilled tofu into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put the <seasoning> ingredients in a frying pan and bring to a boil. Add the beef and once the color changes, remove the beef temporarily.
3. Add the onion and simmer until softened. Add the green onions, enoki mushrooms, and grilled tofu, and once cooked, return the beef to the pan. Once the beef is heated through, serve in a bowl, sprinkle with shichimi chili pepper, and add a cracked egg on the side.
