[Ingredients for 4 servings]
・Chicken tenderloin: 3 pieces
・Sake: 1 tablespoon
・Salt and pepper: a pinch
・Spinach: 1 bunch
<Dipping Sauce>
・Dashi stock: 3 tablespoons
・Sake: 1 tablespoon
・Soy sauce: 1 tablespoon
・Chili oil: to taste
[Preparation]
・Remove the tendons from the chicken tenderloin and arrange them in a heatproof container. Sprinkle with sake, season with salt and pepper, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave for 2-2.5 minutes. Let it sit to cook through with residual heat. Once cooled, shred the chicken into thin strips. (Using a 600W microwave.)
・Mix together the ingredients for the dipping sauce.

1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water, then immediately transfer to cold water. Once cooled, squeeze out the excess water and cut into 3cm lengths.
2. Add the spinach and shredded chicken to the dipping sauce and mix well. Serve in a bowl.
