Ingredients
Cod...1-2 pieces (150g)
Bean sprouts...1/2 bag (100g)
Enoki mushrooms...1/2 bunch (separated)
Soy sauce (dark soy sauce)...2 tablespoons
Sake...3 tablespoons
Instructions
1. Place the bean sprouts, enoki mushrooms, and cod in a frying pan in that order, and pour the sake and soy sauce over them.
2. Cover and heat for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
POINT!
・ Placing the cod on top last allows the flavors to soak into the vegetables.
・ You can also add chopped green onions or black pepper to taste.
