Ingredients (for 2 servings):
2 potatoes (thinly sliced)
200g pork slices
Cornstarch (as needed)
1/2 new onion (cut into wedges)
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
[A] 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
[A] 1 tablespoon mirin
Pizza cheese (as needed)
Mayonnaise (as needed)
Instructions:
① Place the potatoes in a heatproof container, cover with plastic wrap, and heat in a 600W microwave for 4 minutes.
② Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat, coat the pork slices with cornstarch, and fry.
③ Add the potatoes and new onion to ② and stir-fry. Add [A] and simmer until the sauce thickens.
④ Transfer ③ to a heatproof container, top with pizza cheese and mayonnaise, and bake in a toaster oven until golden brown.
