Ingredients: (1 serving)
Bean sprouts: 1 bag (approx. 150g)
Wiener sausages: 4
Vegetable oil: 1 teaspoon
Butter: 10g
Grated garlic: 1/2 teaspoon
Soy sauce: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: to taste
Instructions:
① Cut the wiener sausages in half lengthwise, then cut them into thin strips.
② Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the sausages until golden brown. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry quickly over high heat.
③ Add the butter and grated garlic and mix briefly. Once the butter has melted, add the soy sauce and mix well. Season with black pepper to taste, and it's done!
