Teriyaki Filet with Vegetables

 


Ingredients

  1. 200 g Filet
  2. 1 small Zucchini
  3. 50 g Water chestnuts
  4. 1/2 head Broccoli
  5. 1/2 Onion
  6. 3 tbsp P.F. Chang’s teriyaki sauce
  7. 2 servings Cooked rice
  8. 1 tsp (optional, for garnish) Sesame seeds
  9. 1 tbsp Oil

Directions

    Cut filet, zucchini, broccoli, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil in a pan, sear filet pieces until browned, then remove.

  3. 3

    Stir-fry onion, zucchini, broccoli, and water chestnuts until just tender.

  4. 4

    Return filet to pan, add teriyaki sauce, and toss to coat.

    Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
