Ingredients
- 200 g Filet
- 1 small Zucchini
- 50 g Water chestnuts
- 1/2 head Broccoli
- 1/2 Onion
- 3 tbsp P.F. Chang’s teriyaki sauce
- 2 servings Cooked rice
- 1 tsp (optional, for garnish) Sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Oil
Directions

Cut filet, zucchini, broccoli, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a pan, sear filet pieces until browned, then remove.

Stir-fry onion, zucchini, broccoli, and water chestnuts until just tender.

Return filet to pan, add teriyaki sauce, and toss to coat.

Serve over rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
