Japanese-style pasta with spinach and tuna

 

Ingredients (for 3 servings)

Pasta

250g

Spinach

1 bunch

Canned tuna

1 can

Butter

About 1 tablespoon

Soy sauce

3 1/2 tablespoons

Dashi powder

1/2 teaspoon

Pasta water

1 ladleful


Instructions

1. Cook the pasta.

2. Cut the spinach into bite-sized pieces.

3. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter, add the drained tuna and spinach, and sauté.

Once the spinach has wilted, add the cooked pasta and pasta water.

4. Add the dashi powder and soy sauce, cook briefly, and it's ready.
